This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the Personal Information that Feighner Company Inc., dba Feighner Boat and Lift Docks (“FCI”) collects, uses, shares and protects. By visiting, accessing, or using FCI’s website (“Site”), you accept the policies and practices described in this Policy. FCI is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using a Website, you can be assured that it will only be used according to this Policy.
INFORMATION COLLECTED AND MAINTAINED
Types of Information. You may visit this Site without telling FCI who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. When you visit the Site, you may provide FCI with two types of information: (i) Personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis; and (ii) Site use information collected individually and then aggregated regularly you and others browse our Site.
Personal Information. Personal information includes e-mail address, first and last name, home or other physical address and/or telephone numbers, and other demographic information (“Personal Information”).
Site Use Information. FCI’s servers collect the following website use information: the domain names, operating system in use (e.g., Macintosh, Windows), browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Internet Explorer), and the website referred you to us. This information is aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time spent on the Site, pages viewed, time and date of visits, and other similar information. FCI uses this information to measure our Site’s use and improve the content of our Site.
Use of Your Personal Information. FCI will only use your Personal Information for the purpose ordering materials, scheduling delivery and installation and for use with future orders you may make. FCI does not share your Personal Information with third parties; sister companies (affiliates), partners, or its marketing providers. FCI may disclose Personal Information to third parties, including: (i) parent entities, corporate affiliates, subsidiaries, business units and other companies that share common ownership ( “Affiliates”); (ii) IT providers, internet service providers, web hosting providers, data analytic providers, and companies that provide business support services, financial administration or event organization (“Service Providers”); (iii) accountants, lawyers, financial advisors and audit firms (“Professional Consultants”); (iv) shipping companies, payment processors and logistic providers (“Vendors”); (v) when sharing information necessary for legal requirements and/or compliance with the law (“Law Enforcement Purposes”); and (vi) entities and individuals who you have consented to receive disclosure.
COOKIES
Definition of Cookies. Similar to other commercial websites, a technology called “cookies” may be used to provide you with tailored information. LOG FILES
FCI, or its hosting provider, may collect traffic information from visitors for statistical analysis and Site improvement. When you access our Site, FCI, or its hosting provider, may collect information about your visit in a server’s log file. Logfile information may include, but is not limited to, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and the number of clicks. FCI, or its hosting provider, use this information to analyze trends, administer sites, track users’ movements in the aggregate, and gather demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses and other log file information are not linked to Personal Information. FCI does not try to track users or to identify users individually, except as otherwise stated in this policy. Still, FCI, or its hosting provider, review this information to understand overall trends and determine what kinds of content are popular and useful to users.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
When you use a link to go from the Site to another website, this Policy is no longer in effect. FCI does not operate those websites. FCI cannot control the information that the operators of such websites gather or what the operators of such websites do with the information. FCI is not responsible for the website’s privacy practices linked to or from our Site, nor for the information or content contained therein.
SECURITY
Although FCI maintains security safeguards, no security measures or communications over the internet can be 100% secure and FCI cannot guarantee the security of your information. Where FCI collects nonpublic Personal Information from you, FCI or one or more of our service providers, use industry-standard encryption and security standards to protect such information. You can tell whether encryption is being used by noting the “locked” or other status indicators on the browser you are using. If the browser you are using does not indicate that the session is secure (e.g., by displaying https:// in your location field), you should assume that the connection is not secure and that third parties could intercept the information shared by you and us during that part of the session.
FCI also uses commercially reasonable efforts to protect user-information offline. All sensitive user information is maintained in our offices or at our information technology provider(s). FCI also takes steps to limit access to servers and connections by key or other access. Only employees or agents who need the information to perform specific functions are granted access to Personal Information. FCI uses reasonable efforts to ensure that our employees and agents are informed of our security and privacy practices.
ACCESS YOUR INFORMATION AND ASK QUESTIONS
FCI will use commercially reasonable efforts to timely make any changes you request. If you require an immediate change to your Personal Information and cannot make such a change using the available Site resources, please contact FCI. If you opt not to receive such communications or allow us to share your information and then give your Personal Information to us again using the Site or under other circumstances that permit us to use your information, FCI will regard your opt-out as rescinded.
EXCEPTIONS
Notwithstanding anything else in this Policy to the contrary, FCI may collect Personal Information and use such information in ways other than those described above if we are required to do so by law or if we deem it advisable in the course of assisting law enforcement activities or protecting our Site(s) or other property.
THIRD-PARTY COOKIES
In addition to the cookies listed above, third parties may also set cookies when visiting the Site. In some cases, that is because FCI has hired a third party to provide services on our behalf, such as payment processing for credit card billing. FCI utilizes the services of third parties for personalized advertising. Limitations of Opting Out of Personalized Advertising

USER PROFILES
When you interact with the Site, such as by requesting information or purchasing our products, FCI will collect your Personal Information and analyze it to build individual profiles. CREATION OF DE-IDENTIFIED DATA
FCI may gather data by excluding Personal Information so that the data is not personally identifiable. This data is collected on an aggregate, anonymous basis and helps us improve our Site. Upon creation, FCI becomes the owner of the de-identified data.

CHILDREN’S POLICY
The Site is not directed or intended for children under 13 years of age. FCI does not knowingly collect Information from children under 13 years of age. If FCI becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided it with information, FCI will remove such information and terminate the child’s account.
